ABOUT LORRE ALLEN


Lorre Allen is an expert in the fields of human resources, inclusion, diversity, equal opportunity, and affirmative action, with more than 15 years of experience in both the public and private sectors. Her expertise spans HR, Inclusion, and Diversity consulting, training and development, organizational effectiveness, and performance improvement. In addition to commitment training (commonly known as compliance training), she has provided management coaching services for organizations across all industries in the areas of change management, human resources, inclusion, diversity, organizational development, and strategic planning.

Ms. Allen is a conference presenter at the national and local levels and has conducted numerous trainings in the areas of human resources, equal opportunity, affirmative action, diversity and inclusion, generational differences in the workplace, and unconscious bias and stereotyping in the workplace.

Ms. Allen received a Master of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management from Walden University and a Bachelor of Applied Arts degree in Administration with a minor in Psychology from Central Michigan University. She also holds certifications as an Employment Law Specialist, Society of Human Resources Certified Professional and Title IX Coordinator
